MC2 is a shop run by Society members Charles Daniell and Maggy Edwards, near the top of Catherine Hill in Frome.

MC2 are stockists for Meade Advanced Products, Skywatcher, Celestron, Coronado, S-XPress, Yukon, Cscope, BC&F, Astro-engineering, Opticron, Bresser, Tal, Intes and Manfrotto Tripods. Opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10am - 5.30pm. 

They offer a friendly service and will help you make the right choice of equipment and provide follow-up support if required. 

Charles and Maggy also have a Vinyard cottage called Maison des Etoiles in a superb dark site within the southern Loire valley, France

The cottage is ideal for observing, with room for 4, and is located near a medieval city with lots to do - chateaux, wine, fishing, walking, bird watching, wildlife etc.
